Rasgulla -A Yummy Indian Sweet Dish

Rasgulla is popular indian sweet recipe its taste is great due to cheese and sugar syrup in it.Most of people eats it after dinner or lunch Rasgulla is also called Rosogulla.Try it.
Ingredients
*water 1.5 liter
*1 kg cottage cheese
*2 tablespoon samolina
*1 liter sugar
*4 tablespoon ghee/oil
*2 tablespoon all purpose flour
*Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method
*Sugar Syrup
* For sugar syrup add the water and the sugar in pan and boil them together for 20 to 25 min. and let them thicken.
*Preparation of Balls to dip in sugar syrup
Add the cottage cheese, ghee,/oil ,cardamom powder,
semolina and flour in a big bowl.make a soft dough by
mixing the mixture gently .Knead the dough
evenly until and unless your palms become oily.Now
create small balls of about 1/2-1 inch diameter.and
keep aside for about 10 minutes.Put these balls in
sugar syrup and let them get cooked on slow flame
in boiling sugar syrup for about 20 minutes.This will convert
balls spongy.Remove pan from heat and cool it down you
can later place it in refrigerator .
Note:-If you are unable to make soft and tasty rosogulla using above method you can try ready made rasgulla (shown below) .
