It is well known fact that drinking plenty of water is good for health but how and when is also important for maximum benefit.The water requirements depend on person's weight,physical activities and climate.But it is said that person with 70 kg weight should drink 2.5 liters of water per day.
Human body stores water in cells if we do not have these cells in body even tears won't come out from our body more over water in these cells keeps us active and aware that is why when we drink water after long interval we feel fresh and active.kidney cleans blood with water means there are countless benefits of water so for healthy living we must take water as serious component of our diet.
There must be a proper way to drink water .
Right way and time to drink water
♦You should not drink water in a jerk drink water slowly and try to finish about 500-800 ml of water in an hour after specific intervals(about 15-20 minutes)
♦Prefer to drink water in glass rather than by bottle directly.
♦Make a habbit of taking water with you anywhere you go in bottle or any other container you like.
♦Drink water consistently throughout day ,Try wearing a digital watch which beep automatically after an hour to remind you about water so that you can drink little water even you are not thirsty.
♦Avoid too much water at a time.don't fill your stomach with all water.
♦Drink a glass of fresh water when you wake up because human body loss water during sleep and this one glass of water helps in removal of toxins from body by urine before breakfast which is very important.
♦ Keep in mind that nothing can take place of water not cold drinks,not beer actually cold drinks and beer can make you even more dehydrating.
♦It s myth that you shouldn't drink water during exercise but during weight training or other physical activities you must drink little bit of water to prevent dehydration.
♦Drink more water if you are sick although you are not thirsty.
♦Pregnant women should drink more water in small intervals because breast-feeding need more fluids.

drinking enough water has lots of health benefits but drinking it the proper way gives even more benefits.
Since the human body consists mostly of water, it really is funny that we have still to appreciate the significance and benefits of water. It really should be a major part of our health plan. may I suggest a book by dr. Emoto, called miracle messages in water. Reading it created a quantum Leap in my perception of how important water really is on so many levels! Well done sir!

Well put, spsingh. It's strange, though that many animals only drink once per day while many others get much of their water requirement from their vegetable diets. I suppose our unatural diets since we ceased to be hunter-gatherers forces this need upon us. Voted up...Bob
