Now a day work load is very high .In the evening after work of whole day everyone wants to relax his body and mind.You can try following ways of relaxing because these ways are helping me lot in regaining energy even after whole day work at office.

RELAX YOUR MIND FIRST:

Mind is master of our body so if you want relaxed body first of all practice to keep your mind relaxed.you can follow following things to have a peaceful mind

Stop feeling guilty:-don't spoil your life by thinking again and again for your one mistake it will give you nothing but will snatch your peace of mind.

Adopt some new activities :- adopt activities like fishing,singing,photography .Listen to soft music while at home in the evening it can help a lot.go for a walk after dinner .And try to make friends who are really cool and careless you will learn something from them .If you don't have pets then buy pets specially dogs can be useful stress busters

Meditation can help:-meditation is one of the popular way to relax the mind.It is based on concentrating your mind to whole body rather than on single part of body or brain or thought.You should read some meditation books to learn meditation properly also listen to soft music while you meditate yourself there is special music for meditation called meditation music .This music helps in boosting mind power and relaxing body.

Don't miss a chance to smile and laugh:-try to be funny at home watch some hilarious movies to change your mood if you are not feeling well mentaly after work.

RELAX YOUR BODY

Mind and body are connected to each other to have peace of mind your body must be relaxed and vice verse.

Practice Yoga:-Yoga is traditional indian technique for relaxing your mind and body simultaneously.Start everyday with yoga.The stretching exercises helps to stretch muscles which later relax muscles and mind.But performing right yoga posture is important otherwise you may hurt yourself ,read some yoga books before you start at home

Eat healthy:-eat fresh green vegetables,fresh fruits avoid excess sugar,coffee and take muti vitamins helps to reduce stress and tiredness. Add garlic and ginger in you meals and drink green tea instead of coffee.

Have massage:-go to local spa near to your home if you don't have time try foot message device this will relax your whole body

Exercise daily:-Devote atleast half an hour to your body for exercise like walking,runing,swimming,cycling
